Why SevenBread?
My family likes to say that you can always trust a company that puts the owner's name on the door. Whether or not that's actually true, my last name, Settipani, roughly translates to something like "seven loaves of bread" in the original Italian. I thought that might be a bit of a mouthful.
So, I chose the name SevenBread both to honor my family's name and to open up the wide world of bread-based puns. Ready for a world of pane? Read on.
About Me
I started SevenBread back in 2017 out of a desire to not only write about the world, but change it as well.
Prior to entering the marketing world, I spent years training and practicing as a professional journalist. I hold a degree in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism, Media and Integrated Marketing Communications, widely considered one of the strongest programs in the industry. Over the years, my work has appeared in publications including the Chicago Tribune, Time Out Media, The Huffington Post and more.
My time as a journalist, combined with years of experience in IT and technical writing, gave me the ability to quickly synthesize and translate complex technical information into a form that is both compelling and easily understood. Today, I bring this skillset to my work as a full-stack marketing professional, helping cutting-edge companies in industries as varied as healthcare and medical technology, transportation and logistics, data integrations, and sustainability.
